victory is mine

i will be spending the next year in a beautiful house downtown, with a huge kitchen (with a frickin dishwasher!!), 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big sun room, big living room, a doggie door, and a big grassy yard. i am SO excited!!!
